Dillon Staples was born and raised on the Monterey Peninsula. As a product of his parent’s involvement in local real estate, and their subsequent passion for building and renovating homes, he was able to enjoy a childhood amongst most of the communities that comprise the Monterey Peninsula. He attended Carmel Schools and graduated from Carmel High School. After high school, Dillon ventured ‘Out East’ to attend Eastern University, a small school outside of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He played Lacrosse and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Economics in just 3 years.
Upon completion of his academic career, Dillon returned home to the Monterey Peninsula. Naturally, his interest in Real Estate led him to pursue a real estate license. He became partner on the Staples Gannaway Group at Compass, a well-established, top-producing team on the Monterey Peninsula. Since joining the team, he has been able to sell over $95,000,000, while being named Monterey County’s Best New Realtor® and founding the group ‘Under 30’ at Compass comprised of the top brokers under 30 years old.
