Emily Shepodd is a proud, fifth generation real estate broker. She grew up on Seattle’s Eastside, and since graduating from The University of Washington B.A. and Foster School of Executive Education, currently serves as an active member of the Government Affairs Committee for the Seattle King County Realtors, is the Vice President of the Mount Baker Community Club, and has been volunteering weekly at the Ronald McDonald House since she was nineteen.
Patrick Crowthers hails from Bainbridge Island and is a fourth generation Seattleite. He has spent the last twenty years building businesses across multiple industries. For nine years, Patrick has been a Sunday morning co-host on KOMO 97.7fm/1000AM “Street Talk” and KIRO 97.3FM “Own It” to talk about all things real estate. He has spoken on stage and trained in front of thousands, is a former board member of the Young Professionals Network for the Seattle King County Realtors, is currently an investor in several real estate properties, and coaches baseball for high school students in his free time.
