For Coco, real estate is both a profession and a lifelong passion. Raised in Connecticut in a real
estate family and shaped by an early sales career at the Four Seasons Hotel Chicago, she
developed a foundation rooted in exceptional service, strong communication, and skilled
negotiation. After more than a decade working alongside her husband in the Merchandise
Mart—where all talk leads to “home”—Coco transitioned naturally into real estate, where she
has built a reputation for integrity, creativity, and results. Known for her ability to position homes
for maximum impact and help buyers envision their future, Coco approaches every client
relationship with care, honesty, and a touch of humor.
Alex, a third-generation Realtor, was quite literally raised in the business. Growing up in
Wilmette and graduating from New Trier High School, he developed a deep appreciation for the
North Shore community and all it offers. After earning a degree in Communications from the
University of Alabama, Alex returned home to officially join the family business, bringing a fresh
perspective, strong communication skills, and an intuitive understanding of client needs. Having
been immersed in real estate from a young age, Alex offers a thoughtful, client-centered
approach and is committed to delivering an exceptional experience built on trust,
responsiveness, and long-term relationships.
